Common questions

Short answers on timing, access, and upkeep.

How long does a cleaning take?

Most residential dryer vent cleanings take between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on run length and the number of bends in the duct.

What access do you need?

Clear access to the dryer connection and the outdoor exit hood helps the visit run smoothly. Please move laundry supplies and stored items out of the way beforehand.

Do you use exterior ladders?

Exterior work is done only when the vent hood can be reached safely. If a ladder is required, we confirm conditions before starting and tell you in advance.

How often should vents be checked?

Annual maintenance intervals keep vent lines clear for typical residential laundry loads. Heavier household use may call for more frequent checks.
